James Homer Franklin Pittman , 62 of Bay Springs passed away peacefully at South Central Regional Hospital on January 10, 2022 Franklin was born March 24 ,1959 , in Quitman Mississippi to his parents , Homer Oden Pittman and Annie Mae Buckman Pittman of Bay Springs , Ms. Franklin was a lifelong resident of Jasper County . He worked for the offshore oilfield for many years , and came home to work construction until his retirement. To know him was to love Him. He never met a stranger , and would lend a helping hand to help anyone in any way he could. He will be truly missed by all that knew him. He is Preceded in death by his Mother, Annie Mae Pittman Mills, Father , Homer Oden Pittman ,and Wife Laquita Williams Pittman . Survivors include , Rodney Costa (Son) ( wife Ashley) children, Tyler, Jaden ,Rylie , Roselynn , Rodney Jr ,of Texas Brother , Randel Pittman (Penny) Children ,Brandy Pittman, ( Caitlyn & Cade) O. R. Pittman ( Wife De Anna, children , Brooke, (Sam, Weston, Huxley) Tyler, Dallon & Ava Pittman of Bay Springs . Sister , Gail Fugate ( Husband Wes ) Children Netishea Cranmore (Husband Dewayne) children Alex Humbarger (wife Rose ) Colorado ,Joe Boothe. of Texas Sister , Jennifer Virrell ( Husband Jeff ) Children , Joseph Herbert , Kelly Green (husband Trevor ) children (Mary and Liam ) of Gulf Port . Step sister Angela Lewis Davis ( sons Preston. Davis ,Dempsey Vick)of Florida Also a very significant other , Charolette Nicholson, and host of Friends. Graveside memorial will be at Holders Church Cemetery March 5 th 2022 At 11 AM Friends And Family Invited
